How JellyFil is made and tested

Quality & testing

JellyFil is manufactured in an FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant US facility and screened batch by batch by an independent laboratory. This page explains the standards behind every gummy. For the results on the current batch, see the verification page.

FDA-registered facility

JellyFil is produced in a US facility registered with the FDA and operating under current Good Manufacturing Practice, the framework of process and documentation standards for supplements.

cGMP processes

Every run follows written procedures for identity, cleanliness, equipment and record-keeping, so each batch is consistent and traceable from raw material to finished bottle.

Independent lab

Finished batches are screened by Ferncliff Bioanalytical Labs, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited third party, not by us, before they are cleared to ship.

What we test on every batch

A clean label only means something if it is verified. Each JellyFil batch goes through the following checks before it is released, and the results are summarized in the certificate of analysis referenced on the verification page.

  • Identity (HPLC): confirms the botanical actives are what the label says they are.
  • Potency: verifies the blend is present at the intended 82 mg total and the caffeine at 5 mg.
  • Heavy metals (ICP-MS): screens for lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury, with results held under 0.4 ppm on the current batch.
  • Microbial limits: tests for total counts, yeast, mold and specified organisms within USP limits.
  • Allergen and GMO status: confirms the gummy is non-GMO and gluten-free.

Sourcing

The botanicals in JellyFil are sourced from established suppliers who provide documentation on origin and purity. Incoming materials are checked on arrival, and anything that fails identity or purity is rejected before it ever reaches production. We keep the ingredient list short partly so we can hold every component to this standard rather than spreading attention across dozens of actives.

How quality connects to verification

Think of it this way: quality is the process, and verification is the receipt. This page describes how JellyFil is made and screened. The verification page shows the documented result for the batch currently shipping, including the batch ID, purity, lab and certificate reference, so you can match it against the bottle in your hand. Together they are how we keep the authorized 2026 distribution honest.
