JellyFil ships fast from within the United States, with free shipping on multi-bottle orders. Here is exactly what to expect after you place an order, plus how returns work.

Processing and delivery
Orders placed through this portal are processed and shipped within one business day. Once your order leaves the facility, average delivery within the United States is 3 to 6 business days, depending on your location. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Every order ships from the authorized 2026 batch documented on our verification page.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address on your order. If you have not seen a tracking email within two business days, check your spam folder first, then reach out to [email protected] and we will resend it.
Where we ship
JellyFil currently ships to all 50 US states. At this time we focus on domestic US fulfillment so we can keep delivery fast and our batch chain tight. If you are outside the US and interested in JellyFil, contact our team and we will let you know when that changes.
Returns
Returns are handled under the 60-day money-back guarantee. If JellyFil is not right for you, email support within 60 days of your purchase, include your order number, and we will share the return address. Send back any remaining bottles, including empties, and we will refund your purchase price once the return arrives, typically within 5 to 10 business days. Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will make it right with a replacement or refund and cover return shipping in those cases.
