Refund policy

This policy sets out the formal terms of the JellyFil money-back guarantee. It applies to orders of JellyFil placed through jellyfilformula.com, the authorized US distribution portal operated by Harwick Vitality Group, LLC. For a plain-language walkthrough, see the guarantee page.

Eligibility and window

Every JellyFil order is eligible for a refund of the product purchase price when a refund is requested within sixty (60) calendar days of the original purchase date. The window is measured from the date the order was placed. Requests made after the sixtieth day are outside the guarantee, though you are always welcome to contact us to discuss your situation.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your order and include your order number. Our team will acknowledge your request and provide the return address. You do not need to explain at length; a short note that the product was not right for you is enough.

Returns

To complete a refund, return any remaining bottles from your order, including empty bottles, to the address we provide. We ask for the bottles back as confirmation of the request. Unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect, return postage is the customer's responsibility.

What is refunded

An approved refund covers the product purchase price paid. Original shipping charges, where they applied, are not refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days, though the time for the credit to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Exclusions

This guarantee applies only to purchases made through this authorized portal. Products purchased from third parties, marketplaces or any unauthorized seller are not covered, because we cannot verify their authenticity or origin. See our verification page for how to confirm you bought authentic JellyFil. We reserve the right to decline repetitive or clearly abusive refund requests.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
