The 6-step source verification guide
Counterfeiters copy labels, not provenance. Run through these six steps and you can be confident your JellyFil is the real, authorized product.
- 1. Confirm the exact domain. The only authorized address is jellyfilformula.com. Hyphenated spellings, extra words, subdomains and other extensions such as .net or .shop are not part of the authorized 2026 distribution.
- 2. Check the secure connection. Look for the padlock icon and a valid TLS certificate in your browser before you enter any personal or payment details.
- 3. Match the batch code. Compare the batch printed on your physical bottle to the current batch, JLF-26M3-0417, documented above. They should be identical.
- 4. Use official contact channels only. Genuine support comes from [email protected] and the phone number listed on this site. We never reach out from random addresses or marketplaces.
- 5. Confirm secure checkout. Your payment should pass through the authorized, encrypted checkout gateway linked from the order page. We never request card details over email.
- 6. Treat this portal as the canonical reference. For documentation, the certificate of analysis and any authenticity question, this site is the single source of truth.
How to spot a counterfeit
JellyFil is not sold on Amazon, eBay, Walmart or in retail pharmacies, so any JellyFil listing on those channels is a red flag. Authentic packaging shows a clean navy and gold label, a readable batch code on the base, and a single 30-gummy bottle for a one-month supply. Be wary of prices that look too good to be true, missing batch codes, altered spelling of the brand, or sellers who ask you to pay outside a secure checkout. If anything looks off, do not use the product.
If you suspect an imitation
Stop using the product and email [email protected] with clear photos of the bottle, label and batch code, plus where you bought it. Our team will help you confirm authenticity and, if you were misled by an unauthorized seller, point you to the right next steps. Protecting buyers from imitations is a core reason this authorized portal exists.
Certificate of analysis
Each JellyFil batch is screened by an independent ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory for identity and potency by HPLC, heavy metals, and microbial limits. The certificate of analysis for the current batch is referenced as FC-26-3081-VR. Download the certificate of analysis (PDF) for your records. For the full testing process, see our quality and testing page.
